We are very fortunate to live 5 minutes away from a beautiful 1/2 mile lake, called Redesmere Lake, which is a popular attraction for many people who take time out from their town surroundings to come along and either sail, fish, feed the birds and perhaps take photographs (like me!).
It was such a lovely evening that I took my Daughter Bethany to feed the birds, they must be the greediest birds in Cheshire as they must be constantly fed by all the frequent visitors plus the local villagers popping by with the odd bit of bread. We had a lovely time, Bethany enjoyed feeding the swans, geese and the baby goslings and the cheeky ducks, as I happily snapped away with my camera. Its amazing when something is on your doorstep how you take it for granted and do not appreciate how lucky you are, it has been over a year since we took the time out to have a stroll around it. We must not leave it so long next time LOL!
